What locations do you cover?

 

We cover the Perth metro area, including Mandurah.  Extra charges apply for anything further out. 

$300 extra for Margaret River, Dunsbough and surrounds.

For interstate or country booking the extra charge is the return cost of an airline ticket plus $200 daily expenses.

 

What services are available?

 

Emotion Image is a wedding business providing Photography and Video.

Other services available include recommendations and discounts to various other wedding businesses.

Because we design our own hand-made coffee table books we are happy to produce books even if we are not your wedding photographer.

 

How can I find out more information?

 

Call or email use to organise an appointment. We will be happy to see you and your partner after-hours in the comfort of your own home.

If you are happy with the information presented to you a deposit is necessary to secure your booking.

 

Our presentation is designed to show you what is available for possible inclusion into your own package.

We also go through the timing of the wedding day to determine how many hours you may need.

As most people book us as one of the first suppliers (along with the venue) this is a good opportunity

to discover where everything fits and couples can find this very helpful as a good starting point in their wedding organisation.

 

We are not pushy at Emotion Image so if you would like a few days after a presentation to think about our packages,

or even compare our service, and photo/design skills with others that's fine of course.

 

How do I book a photography package?

 

We recommend you first pick your photographer by looking at the galleries.

Remember all our photographers have to ability to negotiate a package to suit your style and budget.

Once you have meet with your photographer he or she will give you a quote.

If you decide to accept this quote you will need to pay a deposit to secure the date and we take care of the rest.

You should then receive your booking confirmation and receipt. We will contact you again closer to the date to finalise details.

 

Are there any safeguards if photographer or videographer booked and paid for becomes unavailable?

 

In the most unlikely event that a service booked for your wedding becomes unavailable (i.e. photographer gets run over by a bus)

Emotion Image will seek to do the following steps:

(1) At all times, we will inform you as soon as possible.

(2) Will actively look for a better or equal replacement at no extra cost to you.

(3) And finally, when all else fails, refund all money to you for that particular service*.

*Videographers are responsible for their own bookings

 

What are the Terms and Conditions?

 

Each photographer has their own terms and conditions, please refer to your booking form or call photographer concerned for the complete terms and conditions.

Once booked the Terms and Conditions pertaining to your individual booking will be binding and written on your booking sheet.

 

The Standard terms and conditions are as follows:

 

(1) CONFIRMATION - This quotation is valid only when booked and guaranteed by a deposit, The entire balance is due two months before the wedding. (2) EXPENSES - Any and all extra costs shall be passed onto the client, all efforts will be made to inform client of any extra charges. This includes but is not limited to any extra costs associated with travel, transport, parking, printing, location booking fees and extra time. (3) LIMITATION OF GUARANTEE - All bookings are made in good faith, however, in the event that one or more of the services booked do not eventuate and no alternative is possible then Emotion Image's responsibility will be limited to a full refund of the specific service(s) that did not eventuate. (4) LIABILITY - Emotion Image, limited by state and federal legal requirements, will not bear any liability towards injury, damage of persons or property. (5) CANCELLATION - Altering or cancelling will be charged by forfeiting all payments made. If any other fee(s) remain non-transferrable or unrecoverable due to cancellation or alteration of dates, locations or otherwise then these fees will be charged to client. (6) COPYRIGHT - The client agrees that Emotion Image may use images obtained for promotional reasons. Emotion Image retains copyright over images at all times. Prints & copies may only be obtained by ordering through Emotion Image. No image may be copied without the written permission of Emotion Image. Paying a deposit is acceptance of these terms and conditions.
